UDH-HIA/QURBANI is a practice commanded by Allah S.W. 'So turn in prayer towards your Lord and sacrifice animals' (108:2). There is nothing dearer to Allah S.W. during the days of Udh-hia , Qurbani than the sacrifice of animals. The sacrificed animal shall come on the day of judgement, with its horns, hair and hooves (to be weighed).
The sacrifice is accepted by Allah before the blood reaches the ground. Therefore sacrifice with an open and happy heart, (Tirmithi Ibn Majah),
During Eid-ul-adhaa, Daar-ul Qur'an-ul Kareem Society works to slaughter and distribute the meat to the beneficiaries (needy/poor families and orphans). The project fulfills the target that the charity people achieve from adha~hi in a well organized way that suits our civilized image where all necessary arrangements are made to secure proper distribution.
